Scheduled Delivery

Prefer to plan ahead? You can schedule a delivery for a selected delivery window today if you place your order before 1:45pm or, you can choose a delivery window for tomorrow, any day of the week, on eligible orders over $10.


How it works

A Scheduled Delivery option is shown at checkout if the address and all items in your order are eligible.

  • Scheduled Delivery cost: $14.95 for orders $50 and above. For orders below, it's $19.95.

  • Order cutoff: before 1:45pm to schedule a same day delivery window. If you place an order after the cutoff, you will have an option to select a scheduled delivery for the next day.

  • 15 km delivery area: available if your address is within 15km of a participating Baby Bunting store.

  • Minimum Spend: $10, after rewards or coupons have been applied (maximum cart value $2000).

  • Exclusions: items sold by marketplace sellers, ‘online only’ items, gift cards, big and heavy items that cannot fit into a standard vehicle (e.g. a cot) and orders that are over 20 kg or have a combined volume of 2m³.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): an ATL is automatically applied to safe drop a package at your doorstep for orders under $250. If your delivery address is a business or the order is $250 and above, ATL does not apply. In this case, you may need to provide a PIN to the driver as the package cannot be left at the front door.

 

Scheduled Delivery FAQ

You can place an order before 1:45pm and choose a delivery window for the same day. Alternatively, you can schedule delivery for the next day if a delivery window is available. 

If your order is $50 or over, the cost of Same Day or Scheduled delivery is $14.95. For orders under $50, the cost of delivery is $19.95.

The Scheduled Delivery option will appear at checkout if your address is within 15 km of a participating Baby Bunting store, all items in your order qualify for delivery and are in stock the store.

Yes, there is a minimum spend of $10, after rewards and coupons are applied (the maximum spend is $2000).

Yes, there are some restrictions that apply for this delivery service - see below:

15km Delivery Area: Your address must be within a 15 km deliverable radius from a participating Baby Bunting store.

Minimum spend: A minimum spend of $10 apply (after rewards and coupons). The maximum spend is $2000.

Weight and Volume Restrictions: Your order package cannot exceed 20 kg (44 lbs) or a total volume of 2m³ and must fit comfortably in a standard car.

Item Exclusions: The delivery service is not available for items sold by marketplace sellers or listed as “online only”, gift cards, and big & heavy items (e.g. cots, nursery chairs, drawers).

If your address or item(s) are outside the restrictions or there are excluded items sold by Baby Bunting in your cart, a scheduled delivery option won’t be available at checkout.

A Scheduled delivery option is available from participating Baby Bunting stores across Australia.

Please note: Our stores in Belmont (Western Australia) and Chadstone Shopping Centre (Victoria) are currently excluded from this service.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the delivery address once your online order is confirmed. Please double check your delivery address is correct before paying and submitting your order.

You can find your tracking link in your order confirmation email and in your order history in your Baby Bunting account. Additionally, you will receive an SMS with a tracking link to help you follow your delivery.

For orders under $250, we have permission to leave your package at your doorstep without requiring a signature.

If your delivery address is a business or if your order totals $250 or more, someone must be available to receive the package, as it cannot be left unattended. In this case, you may need to provide a 4-digit PIN to the driver that will be sent to you via confirmation SMS or email.

Provided you meet our Change of Mind Returns Policy, you can return your order delivered through this service to any Baby Bunting store in Australia. If you are unable to visit a store, you can submit an online return with a small return postage fee.

Terms & Conditions

  • Risk and title of Goods pass onto you when Goods have been delivered at the delivery address provided in your order.
  • Make sure to verify your delivery address before placing your order, as redirection is not possible once the order has been submitted.
  • Scheduled Delivery only applies to eligible orders for customers located within a 15km radius of a participating Baby Bunting store. 
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, store or stock outages, unavailable delivery timeslots and employee or driver availability may impact the dispatch and delivery of your Goods. 
  • Delivery is not available to PO Boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers.
  • For same day delivery on a scheduled delivery service, orders must be placed before 1:45pm. Orders placed after the cut-off time may have the option to choose a delivery window the next day.
  • There is a minimum spend of $10 (after applying any Baby Bunting Family rewards or coupons) and the maximum deliverable cart value is $2000.
  • If your cart value is $50 or above (after rewards & coupons), the delivery cost is $14.95. For a cart value under $50, the cost of Same Day or Scheduled Delivery is $19.95.
  • Scheduled Delivery excludes items sold by marketplace sellers, gift cards, ‘online only’ items big and heavy items that cannot fit into a standard vehicle (e.g. a cot) and orders that are over 20 kg or have a combined volume of 2m³.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors outside of the delivery driver's control.
  • ATL (Authority to Leave) is automatically applied to safe drop Goods at your doorstep for orders under $250 that use a Scheduled Delivery service. If your delivery address is a commercial business or the order is $250 and above, Authority to Leave does not apply. In this case, you may need to provide a PIN (sent to you in an SMS or email) to the driver as the Goods cannot be left at the front door.
  • If your premises are unattended or there is no safe place for delivery, the driver may return the Goods back to the Baby Bunting store. Delivery updates will be sent via email or SMS. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
  • Drivers will not place Goods inside your address. Be aware of any building or community rules that may affect delivery and if there are any restrictions, the driver will be guided by any building management policies in place at the delivery address you have nominated.
