You can pick up your order from a local Baby Bunting store within 3 hours if placed online before 1:30pm.
Note: Processing may take longer during peak sales and, this service is not available for marketplace products or at Baby Bunting Junior stores.

Click and Collect orders will be ready for collection within 3 hours (for orders received by 1:30 pm).
Time may vary in busy periods.
Step 1: On a product page, select Click & Collect, choose your store and add your item to cart. After completing your payment, you will receive an order confirmation.
Step 2: When your order is ready to collect from your chosen store, you will receive an email or SMS notification.
Step 3: Click the link in your notification when you leave home to let us know you're on your way. Don't forget your photo ID so we can make sure your order goes to the right home.
Step 4: When you arrive at the collection point at your selected Baby Bunting store, use the same link in step 3 to let us know you have arrived. Our team will verify both your collection pin number and photo ID, then bring your order directly to you.

Once you finalise payment at check-out, you will receive an order confirmation over email which will contain your order number and order details.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email or SMS if selected.
You will need to take your ‘Ready for Collection’ email which has your collection pin number alongside your photo identification (current Australian Driver's License, Australian Passport or Keypass) to your nominated store.
Yes, you can nominate someone (a proxy) to collect the order on your behalf. In order to collect the goods, they will be required to bring along a copy of the ‘Ready for Collection’ email along with their photo identification (current Australian Driver's License, Australian Passport or Keypass).
Each Baby Bunting store has a designated Click & Collect area. Please head into your nominated store and speak with one of our team members who will be able to assist you with your order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a Click & Collect service for Marketplace orders. Products sold through a Marketplace seller are online only and unavailable for collection from a Baby Bunting store.

Baby Bunting will hold the goods for pick up at the nominated store for fourteen (14) days from the date of the “Ready for Collection” notification sent to you by email or SMS. After fourteen (14) days Baby Bunting may cancel your order and refund any money paid in respect of that order.

• Some of the Goods sold by Baby Bunting can be picked up from a Baby Bunting store rather than being dispatched to you. Where you wish to do this, you will need to nominate the “Click and Collect” option and the relevant store you wish to collect from when you place your Order.
• The Click and Collect delivery option is not available on Marketplace Goods. If the Goods in your order are eligible for Click and Collect, this will be flagged as a delivery option upon checkout.
• You can nominate for someone (a proxy) to collect your Click and Collect order on your behalf. This option will become available at the ‘details’ step of the checkout process.
• You (or your proxy) will be required to present photo identification (current Australian Driver's License, Australian Passport or Keypass) for sighting by one of our team members as well as a copy of the ‘Ready for Collection’ email upon collection of the Goods.
• Collection of Goods is available during the business hours of your nominated store. Goods are required to be collected within 14 days from the date of the ‘Ready for collection’ notification is sent to you via email or SMS.
• You acknowledge that staff assistance with loading goods into cars may be provided as a courtesy only. We accept no liability for any damage to vehicles or property that may occur during this process.
• Additional arrangements may need to be made in relation to collection of ‘Big and Bulky’ items to ensure an appropriate vehicle is available to transport these goods from your nominated store and that additional persons are available to assist in lifting and moving these items as needed.
