We offer a free appointment to cover essential information for expecting parents.

For in-depth information on baby travel gear or nursery products, payment is required in-store for these appointments. This payment will be applied as credit toward products purchased on the day of your appointment.

Yes, you're welcome to bring family members or friends to your appointment. We encourage you to bring anyone who may be helping you with your purchase decisions.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with the details of your appointment, including date, time, and location.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by clicking the link provided in your confirmation email and following the prompts.

Appointments can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance, depending on availability.

You don’t need to bring anything specific, but feel free to bring any notes or questions you have about the products or services you're interested in.

Our team is always available in-store or via our customer service line to assist you outside of your appointment if you have additional questions or need further guidance.

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to check-in with our team. If you are running late, we encourage you to contact the store to cancel the appointment.


Terms and Conditions – Personal Appointments  

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms that are to apply between the customer (“you”) and Baby Bunting Pty Ltd (ABN 43 128 546 154) (“Baby Bunting”, “we” or “us”) for personalised appointment services provided by Baby Bunting. 

  • Appointment confirmation: Once you make a booking, we will send you a confirmation notification via email. Please review the details of your appointment and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any discrepancies. We will also send you a reminder SMS before your appointment. 
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact your selected store via phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time so that we may offer the vacant slot to other customers. 
  • Appointment availability:  Whilst we strive to accommodate all appointment requests, please note that availability is subject to change.  There may be instances where appointments need to be rescheduled or modified due to unforeseen circumstances.  If we need to reschedule your appointment, we will be in touch via email or SMS. 
  • Please arrive early: To ensure we can provide you and every customer with great customer service we request you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. We understand that life gets busy and that delays might occur but if you have not arrived by your scheduled appointment time, we might not be able to provide you with the full-length appointment slot. Whilst we will try our best to accommodate you, extensive delays might result in us having to reschedule your appointment to a later time or date. 
  • No show policy: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a “no show” on your part.  Multiple instances of no-shows may result in limitation on future booking or the requirement to prepay your appointment. 
  • Fees: The booking fees listed on our website are in Australian dollars. You agree to pay for the applicable booking fee in full on arrival at your selected store, prior to your appointment commencing.  
  • Redemption Credit/Coupon: On payment of your booking fee, you will receive a redemption credit/coupon to the same value as the booking fee. The redemption credit/coupon is redeemable for products purchased on the day of your appointment at the relevant Baby Bunting store. The redemption credit/coupon cannot be redeemed for e-vouchers/gift cards, Marketplace products, deposits for hire services, delivery fees, payments towards an existing product on layby or layby cancellation fees or for donations collected for charity partners. If you return a product that was purchased using a redemption credit/coupon, Baby Bunting will not re-issue that redemption credit/coupon. 
  • Privacy Policy: For information about how we collect and use your personal information and, on your right, to seek access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you see our Privacy Policy
