With the million and one things you have to worry about, price won’t be one of them. Our Price Beat Promise means that if you find a competitor’s lower price on an identical stocked item, including delivery - we’ll beat it by 5%*

What items are included?
Our Price Beat Promise applies before purchase to all identical items (not services), including colour, that are:
- Available at Baby Bunting, including products on promotion
- Ticketed items $50 & over
- In stock as new at our competitors in Australia (excluding any second-hand marketplaces)
- Not an excluded item listed below
What items are excluded?
- Ticketed items under $50
- Baby Bunting Marketplace items
- Items that are exclusive or sold only at Baby Bunting
- Items on clearance or quit
- Ex-display stock
- Gift with purchase items
- Items from fraudulent websites
- Items shipped from overseas
- Competitor stock liquidations (e.g. clearance items and/or goods sold by businesses that are closing down)
- Competitors’ member-only prices, cashback, coupon, or gift card promotions offered by the competitor or verbal/written quotes from our competitors
- Competitor bundle/bonus offers will be price-matched only
We will not price beat on an identical product that has been purchased from another Baby Bunting store or Baby Bunting website. We will “match” Baby Bunting pricing offered at another Baby Bunting store (unless the item is clearance or ex-display). An additional 5% discount will not to be applied.
A Price Beat Promise coupon cannot be combined with a Baby Bunting Family reward. We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities, and our Price Beat Promise does not apply to trade and commercial sales.
How do I request a price beat?
Monday to Friday, from 7am to 10pm* you can request a price beat through live chat. Tap the chat icon to connect with a team member who can assist to review and if eligible, provide a one-time use coupon for your online purchase.
*AEDT from the first Sunday in October to the first Sunday in April. AEST for the remainder of the year.
