1. Please send us 2-3 clear photos, if there is any damages or quality issues when you receive the item.

2. Please contact Baby Bunting Customer Care and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the item. Without the RMA number, your returned item may not be identifiable and not acceptable.

3. Cancellations are only available before the dispatch. Please contact us within 1 business day after purchase.

4. If You want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs of non-free-return products, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. (ONLY accept Return within 7 days UNUSED).

5. Items should be returned in their own packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included.
