The product must be in brand new & unused condition and in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course, we understand that the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectations. However if the product is damaged during opening, assembly or trial, there is a chance that you won't get the full refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer change of mind returns on the following product types:

We will ask for proof of purchase and your reason for returning.
Once your return has been authorised, we can arrange return freight on your behalf; the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. After your goods have been received by us they will be inspected. Once authorised, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
There are certain situations where a full refund or exchange cannot be offered:
- The goods show signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error)
If for any reason we are unable to authorise your refund or exchange we will notify within 1-2 business days of your goods being returned and discuss your available options.
