All you need for postpartum recovery - the perineal foam and peri bottle made such a huge difference in my recovery, and the underwear provided great support!

Great kit, comes with everything you need. And I love how Bare Mum understands not everything goes to plan and if you end up having an emergency c-section they will happily exchange the unused Perineal Foam for the Skin & Scar Oil free of charge. One less thing for us mums to worry about at such an overwhelming (but of course exciting) time of our lives!

Pregnant with my second child, I knew I wanted to treat myself to a little self-care. Having learned after the birth of my first how important postpartum care is, this purchase was the obvious choice. Hands-down the best gift I could have chosen. Each item in this pack is carefully thought-out, of great quality, and does wonders for PP recovery. I'm getting this for all my mom friends from now on!

Genuinely the most useful post-birth purchase. The thoughtfully made products relieved so much discomfort and the briefs made me feel more ‘me’ after wearing nappies immediately after birth :S Shipped and delivered extremely quickly. The products are really high quality. My advice would be to get an extra pack of herbal pads - they are much nicer than anything available at the supermarket.

This kit is amazing for any mum. The Peri bottle is a game changer. Briefs are so comfortable I lived in them post birth. The pads are incredibly comfortable compared to other leading brands and the insert is great for post birth. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Bought this as a gift for my sister and one for myself. So happy with the package. Has everything all ready to go into my hospital bag. Nice to prioritise the healing process postpartum and have it already to go.

Wish I had this recovery set for my previous 2 kids, everything in this kit makes sense and is superb in my recovery (currently postpartum Day-5). I cannot rave enough about the pads and the foam, just put through an order for another 3 boxes of pads. The Perineal wash bottle has become the only thing saving my sanity when using the toilet.

Mums who had an emergency c-section and received a Vaginal Birth Recovery Kit can claim a free exchange of their unused/unopened Perineal Restorative Foam for a Skin & Scar Oil within three months of purchase. Please email us through the Baby Bunting messaging portal to arrange. Domestic orders only.
Unless you qualify for the above, we unfortunately don’t offer exchanges on our products, but feel free to return your unused/unopened product(s) and place another order if you’re looking for something else.
Returns
All returned items must be unused, unopened and undamaged, with all labels and original packaging included. You are responsible for ensuring that the consignment is not damaged or lost when returning it to us. For hygienic reasons, underwear is considered final sale.
Unless the return is due to an error on our behalf, you must wear the cost of shipping the returned package.
As soon as we have received the returned package at our warehouse we will refund your order. It usually takes around 1-7 business days for the payment to be visible on your account.
