Bellamy’s Organic would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason the goods are not what you ordered, damaged, not the right quantity, or you are not happy with the quality of the goods you have purchased, please contact Baby Bunting Customer Support team.
You must verify the quantity and quality of the goods upon delivery and if any of the Goods are faulty or not in accordance with your order, you should notify Bellamy’s Organic via Baby Bunting Customer Care within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise you will waive any right to reject them.
For customers who would like to return an item, you can use the reply-paid sticker included with your invoice inside your delivery. All you need to do is stick this label to the carton they are returning. The address is on it and all you need to do is take it to the post office. It is prepaid ready to go.
Rejected goods must be returned together with the invoice within 14 days.
