An exchange can be made as long as the item is
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Any items that do not meet this strict policy will not be accepted for returns.
Refunds
- Breezy Co. will only issue a refund if a product is deemed faulty within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refund for change of mind.
Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, you may only do so if the order has not been processed. Once processed you are unable to cancel. Any orders cancelled will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover time to prepare the order as well as non refundable merchant and processing fees.
