If you have changed your mind, unused items in their original packaging may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Please keep in mind the following;
- ClevaBaths and pillows including maternity pillows are unfortunately not eligible for returns due to health regulations.
- If you wish to return a product please ensure they are in their original packaging.
Returns that are damaged, used, sent back with opened packaging, soiled or altered will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender. - Returns must be sent with a tracking number.
- We do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns.
- Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise a replacement or refund your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via the Baby Bunting customer service team.
- This Policy is not intended to replace, limit or exclude any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
