Unused & unopened items
If you change your mind after you receive your products and no longer want to use them, return them to us within 30 days of receiving the goods for a refund or exchange.
We require the goods to be returned to us within 7 days from raising the return.
To cover original payment processing fees and our time to prepare the original order a 10% restocking fee applies for change of mind returns.
Please note that the original cost of freight to send the goods out will also not be refunded for change of mind returns, and the customer is responsible for the cost of freight to return the goods to us.
Used/Washed Items
Unfortunately we cannot accept wash/or used items as we are unable to on sell these items due to hygiene reasons and as the goods are no longer able to be resold.
