Wipe clean with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a gentle soap mixed with warm water. Do not use harsh cleaning products, chemicals or hard bristle brushes to clean as these may cause damage to the natural wood surface or top coating protector. Vacuum regulary to remove any dirt and dust that may have settled. Store in original box if possible, otherwise ensure all core parts are kept together with light padding. We suggest wrapping in an old sheet or doona/duvet cover or plastic outer to protect from moisture and dust. Ensure small parts are kept together for ease of future assembly.

Action to remedy the problem may include instructions on proper use. You may be required to supply the goods for inspection or provide pictures or videos of the defect so an assessment can be made.
