Got this and liked at first but as my child has gotten older this design is not safe. The “straps” to secure the chair are within reach on the side of the chair and clip on. any time we put her in she just unbuckles the side strap and unsecures herself. Why would you put such an easy clip within reach of a toddler? Now afraid to use and worthless. And yes i am assembling correct look at the video yourself of how to assemble and you’ll see where I'm talking about

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the easiest little booster and perfect for grandparent's house or on the go! It's got a sturdy base and two strap options to go under a chair or around the back of it. It even has a compartment underneath to store the straps. The foam seat and tray are easy to wipe clean. The three point harness and the tray do a great job of keeping my squirmy worm seated. Love that the tray stores easily under the seat; you just have to make sure the strap in-between the legs is pulled all the way up or else the tray won't slide in properly.

I have this seat and my mom bought the dark blue one for her house for my son. In the past week BOTH seats became faulty and the straps unbuckled on hers causing my son to fall face first out of the chair it was “secured” to. And then the one I have the strap came out of the slot in the back of the seat causing my son to fall sideways and hurt his cheek. He wasn’t being super crazy in the seat at all, he leaned and it pulled the straps/buckles apart. The seat my mom has is MAYBE two weeks old.

5 stars for the chair but 0 stars for Ingenuity for not making replacement parts available. I called for one strap that got lost during a move and not only will they not provide it, they said not to use the chair anymore. 😠

We love this booster seat we really do my only complaint is that we’ve only had it for 3 months and the release button broke and wouldn’t release one side for us to get our son out of the seat after dinner

Received this off our registry, was super excited for traveling, but after one use, went to pack up the back of the seat and store, as intended, under the seat only to have the plastic clip break while disassembling. There are no releases for the back and it's pretty hidden that although it's designed to be disassembled and portable you can't. Instantly useless after one time; you can't even buy replacement parts.

I have the older model and this new one. I really hate the redesign. The top portion has 2 holes when you take the pink seat part out and makes an absolute nightmare to clean. Plus they added drain holes??? Older version with less crevices is far superior. I always recommend this seat due to it's versatility and prolonged years of you they offer, but this really changes my mind. I cannot even find a plug or anything that will fit in there to keep her from stuffing food down there for fun. Just a nightmare for a busy mom to clean. Plus, the old tray doesn't snap in the new design. You're better off to get the old one on marketplace and not spend your money on this new one

Warning: The assembly of this product is 'one-time' only!! We were told in store that the back rest could be removed for when travelling so the seat is less bulky. The assembly instructions leaflet only mentions this fact in the last stage of the instructions. Perhaps this important message should be in bold font at the beginning of the assembly instructions. We inadvertently followed the in store demonstration and removed the back rest causing one of the plastic clips to shear. Unfortunately it appears that replacement parts are not available to purchase for this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the color of this chair is so pretty. This has been perfect for when I need to take my baby somewhere else for dinner, but won't have access to a high chair. It is easily clean and fits snugly and safely on a dining room table chair.

The inner part that sits between the kids legs is a little tight on some of the kids with chunkier thighs, sometimes to where they can’t be buckled in. But that is my only complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great compact chair for the little one esp. if you’re limited on space or taking it to go. It’s lightweight and you can just put it on a chair. It’s also easy to store which is a big plus. There is a big tray for all the meals and messes. It’s easy to take apart and wash. Overall, highly recommended if you need a chair that can be easily stored.
