Seat hard to tighten the straps and after 18 months the tightening mechanism has stopped working all together now.

Do not like it one bit !!! Will not tighten straps loose

Absolutely love this car seat, the quality is amazing.

Seems to be the perfect seat for grandparents to use as its in the car one day and not the next, taken out for other activities...It's easy to put in the car and easy to get baby into..it has taken a few times to get newborn bubs into harness but fits well and we feel safety is ticked off...love the side cushion fittings too in case of side impact in an accident...very good product

The car seat doesn’t feel secure at all the car seatbelt sits right under bubs bum instead of under and through the car seat and the top strap gets in the way when putting bub in and out of the car seat. Ontop of this the car seat is quiet wobbly. Compared to the britax which is very secure and doesn’t move when inserted at all! Invest in a different car seat.

We’ve been using the car seat for over a year, and thought bub would get used to it as time went on- the headrest of the seat is so tight we have to push her head back in order to get her into the seat, and even then it’s so tight she sits crunched forward as she doesn’t want her head squished in the seat. We have a different brand seat (more expensive) where we do not have this issue- if I could go back I’d buy the more expensive seat again. You get what you pay for

We bought this car seat in mid of July 2024. Using for two months now. Unhappy with the straps that are always on the way placing baby in and out the seat. It gets even worse as baby grows. Will appreciate any tips from baby bunting or even happy to return/exchange for smth more convenient!

Great car seat, easy to use. Seat belts easily adjustable. The only issue is the removable buckle pad always pulls off when removing our baby from the seat, otherwise it’s great!

Very much padded for small baby.Baby cannot move inside .very stable.Was difficult to navigate through instruction manual . Did use online to find some functional instructions.

We purchased this car seat as our spare/ secondary car seat (our main car seat is the Britax Safe N Sound B-Compaq Ifix). In comparison to the Britax, we don’t feel this is as secure. It’s definitely a lesser quality to the Britax, however there is also a vast price difference. Overall, the seat does the job, meets Australian Standard and provides comfort to our 1 year old however we most likely wouldn’t purchase this again and would stick to the Britax brand.
