Perfect for our 18 month granddaughter. Hooked it to the swingset and was swinging right away. Sturdy safe and just what the swing needed vs the saddle style.

I only gave this a three because we love it yet I am very confused that we missed something because I can't find anywhere as to why there is three additional holes in the back of the thing as well as the bottom of the swing please help answer my question. I have attached pictures Showing what I mean. As a single mom I take everything I buy seriously and my 21 month old loves it, I am just very confused and concerned that something is missing from this swing that I am not either understanding or did not receive. Thanks

My son was swinging and I clicked the snaps in, but he still fell forward out of the swing. He is almost a year old. I’m not sure how the straps came undone or why but this is going in the trash.

I love the swing, it is easy to adjust the ropes to level out the swing when the limb isn’t level. The two over the shoulder straps are very difficult to unlock. It’s good for the child, but terrible for my older fingers.

Purchased this swing for my daughter with cerebral palsy. Typical "baby" swings you find at the park are not suitable for her as her muscles are rigid and she can't sit properly in them. This swing allows for her to sit in the swing and enjoy some fun. She is buckled on securely so as not to tip or fall out.

There are no installation instructions, just a few installation criteria, but some of it is contradictory. According to the criteria, the hook heights must be at least 70" high, while the seat must be no more than 18" from the ground. An illustration shows the swing connected directly to the hooks, without chains, but if you do that then the swing will be too high off the ground. The first photo on the swing's website page shows a swing obviously hanging much higher than the 18" maximum allowed height. Little Tikes should seriously consider letting engineers, not marketing people, develop the "instructions". I certainly understand why no hanging hooks are provided. There are many different things to attach the hooks to, and almost as many kind of hooks to use, so it's best to buy the screws at a hardware store to match what will be supporting the swing. Finally, the swing is very well made, as is everything I've ever gotten from Little Tikes.

Purchased for our grandchild number 7. Grandchildren numbers 1 - 6 used the same style swing which we gave away a few years ago. This swing is durable, safe and happy.

I bought this 4 months ago for my son and have only been using it semi regularly for a couple months now but the T bar is coming apart and it no longer buckles securely. He is well within the weight limits (23 lbs currently) and I’m disappointed to have to get rid of it. But I don’t feel safe putting my son in any longer. We’ve loved having this swing and hate to post a bad review but want others to be aware of this happening with their own swings.

I bought 2 swings for my grandchildren. The adjustable straps wore out and broke, not even a year old. I bring them inside in the winter. Now what do I do?

Save yourself the hassle and frustration and go for a product with easier straps to unbuckle, ESPECIALLY if you are a mom that keeps longer fingernails (impossible). We literally leave the straps buckled 24/7 to put our infant in and out and it's annoying!

We received the 2-in-1 Snug 'n Secure swing for Christmas from my sister and it's working out great! Our son loves swinging next to the bigger kids and he's completely comfortable while doing it. The safety features of the swing keep him secured in place (so no worries for us!). Thanks little tykes!

So we've had this swing for a year, but started using it around 5 months ago. We have never any issues, I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that my daughter fell out of the swing today. We made sure it was buckled and we heard both the "clicks" so we know it was tight and secured as should be. My daughter still fell out. I'm not sure if I have a defected swing but I am very disappointed.

I was asked to install this swing for a friend. I found the swing to be sturdy and well built, especially from a safety standpoint. I read the reviews and instructions (online) before installing. I was surprised by the negative reviews, most of which complained about the lack of installation instructions. The manufacturer cannot include the necessary hardware for installation due to the simple fact that they cannot anticipate the wide variety of options to hang the swing. If I were to hang it at my home, I would use one of my existing trees as I don't have an option to suspend from a porch or deck. Where I am installing it, rafters under the deck allow for screw-in eye bolts. At a former house, I could have used eye-bolts but with a screw-on bolt affixed to a metal support beam. In each case, a bendable S-hook attaches the rope swing to the eye-hook. Any decent hardware store can recommend the weight load for the hardware so you have sufficient strength for the swing and child. Anyone who can't figure this out realistically should be having someone else install the swing. Be safe!

This style of swing makes my one year old daughter practically lay down. When I adjust her to sit up she slides back into a position that doesn't look comfortable to me. My parents have the 1983 version swing and she sit ups great with no sliding into awkward positions.
