General Fault Policy Information
We take pride in ensuring that any product you receive from Meke Baby is of the highest quality. However, if you receive a warmer that has a fault, we will do our best to provide you with appropriate assistance and repair or replace the product.
To be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund, please ensure you follow the following guidelines:
1.1 Notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery to report any defects, faults or issues.
1.2 Provide us with your Order number and clear photographic evidence that shows the fault in question.
1.3 Please ensure the product is returned in the original packaging
1.4 If the product is deemed faulty, we will replace or repair it at our expense, or provide a refund if required.
1.5 If a fault is found to be as a result of accidental or intended damage, we may not offer you a repair, replacement or refund.
We do not accept Change of mind returns.
