After approximately six weeks of normal and careful use, the stroller developed a serious fault where the wheels repeatedly jam, locking unexpectedly and rendering the stroller unsafe. This defect poses a significant safety hazardwhen crossing roads or manoeuvring with my baby inside. Such a failure clearly constitutes a major failure under section 260 of the Australian Consumer Law, as the product is unsafe and not fit for purpose.
Both baby bunting and upper baby did not offer me a refund .. they replaced x2 sets of wheels and they both a faulty.. they now want me to send it back for a inspection and won’t even honnor a refund.. save your money, time and anguish trying to deal with these people and brand. This is an awful and unsafe product!
