Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us via Baby Bunting customer care.

- If an item is faulty, we will meet our legal obligation which may include issuing a refund on the purchase price of the goods, or providing a replacement product.
