• DO NOT submerge the main unit housing in water.
• Allow components to cool before use if cleaned in hot water.
• Ensure all components are free from soap and residue before storage or use.
• Harsh chemical disinfectants or cleaning agents should not be used and may deteriorate product materials.
• Turn off the device and disconnect tubing from main unit housing and nosepiece.
• Disassemble nosepiece by removing the finger grip and plug. Dispose of the filter.
• Thoroughly wash tubing, nosepiece body, finger grip and plug with warm water and dishwashing soap. The tubing, nosepiece body, finger grip, and plug may be cleaned in the dishwasher (top rack only)
• Rinse thoroughly and allow parts to completely dry before use.
• Wipe down the main unit housing with a cleaning/disinfectant wipe or a damp, lint-free cloth with a mild dish washing soap. A lint-free cloth with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol may also be used.
• Ensure all components are dry prior to use or storage.

To receive a full refund, items must be unused and repacked appropriately with all accessory parts and documentation in original packaging
We CANNOT accept returns for used products as safety is the top priority for our employees. The used product presents an exposure risk of contaminated material to our staff, and returns will not be accepted if there is any sign of product usage or contamination.

You will need your order number to complete your refund request. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your item is received and inspected, your return will be processed, and a refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that return shipment for your order will be free of charge, but original order shipping costs (i.e. express shipping) will not be refunded.
