Maxi Cosi Pria Gcell Ifix Convertible Car Seat Graphite

Really happy with our maxi cosi pria car seat. Got it installed by Baby bunting which was quick and easy. Seat is good quality and good size for our newborn

We opted to get a car seat rather than a capsule to use as soon as we left hospital. This is a great car seat that has served us well so far. It can be used with newborns and there is so much padding. It takes a while to get used to getting Bub in and out of the car with all the padding, tightening and loosening the harness etc. With the isofix installation it does mean it takes up real estate of the middle seat. Which may affect seating if there are 4 adults that need to be in the car at once. That may be a consideration when looking at this seat. For reference we have a Ranger Raptor Ute. If we used the seat belt instead, would that take up less of the middle seat? Perhaps, perhaps not. That’s one disadvantage of these car seats, the base of the car seat is a lot bigger than you think. I would strongly recommend going to the store and trying a few different seats and sizes to get a feel for it.

The Pria car seat is fantastic so far, but haven't put it in practice as yet as our little boy hasn't yet arrived. The car seat was easy to set-up (Isofix) and looks great in the car. After an initial issue with not recieving the cyber month discount from Baby Bunting Belmont, I questioned it and they were able to honour it after. Note: you cannot price match the Pria Gcell and Pria Gcell LX at Baby Bunting cannot be done, as only Baby Bunting sell the Pria Gcell, everywhere else the exact same seat is called a Pria Gcell LX.

My Grandson is cosy and comfortable in the car seat. He sleeps in the car seat for long drives. The quality is strong and soft material. I highly recommend this brand of car seat from Baby Bunting.

The fact you don’t have to lift the baby over the strap makes this the best car seat!! It also feels super secure in the car.

We initially installed it in D-Max and it fit perfectly. Then had to transfer it to Mazda Cx-3. It just fits but had to forward the sit to its max. The car seat is in rear view btw. The paddings are nice and comfy. My son loves it since day 1.

Love this car seat, super easy to use, lots of padding for different ages, easy to change strap length, multiple car attachment options, love the blue strap hook to make in and out easier!

Brilliant seat for higher vehicles like 4x4s, but would also be brilliant in a lower everyday car too. Hubby and I are both short and own a lifted 4x4. The way that the tether strap is hooked down and under the clip is brilliant, no more accidentally banged head for bubs, and we can lift bubs into the seat easily. Bubs loves the seat and is super comfy. This is our 4th baby and after having capsules for all of them, (and upgrading to this seat from a capsule for this babe), this seat is worth its weight in gold! Would absolutely recommend to anyone! Having the isofix is a handy addition too - minimising the need for straps going in all directions. The material is soft and luxurious, it doesn’t seem to affect bub’s hair too much either. The padding feels like it’s actually padded too, making it comfortable and not hard for bubs. So glad that we spent the extra $ and bought this seat!
