I purchased these at the start of my breastfeeding journey. I've been using them on and off for the last 2 weeks (I know not super long). I would have loved to use these longer however the smell they give off is so vile. Chemicals is all I can smell when I use these to protect my nipples. They also are so so small, so I find they migrate after a small amount of time. The material is good quality and they are comfortable however I just cannot get past the chemical smell. My breastfed baby also hated the smell and I found it harder to latch her after wearing them.

I call these ice packs for my nips. Cooling and soothing for those nipples that have been getting extra use for growing babies. I keep mine in the fridge and you can remove them the air will cool thrm and reapply for a bit of extra use. I have spares in my fridge for those upcoming growth spurts lol

I used these a lot in the early days of breastfeeding while my baby was learning how to latch

My wife used these after having a lot of difficulty with breastfeeding and subsequent nipple grazing. They helped immensely. Only downside is you need to wipe yourself down after use. Chuck them in the fridge for that extra cooling and relief.

Absolute essential for new breastfeeding mums. Repairs cracked nipples very fast. Put in refrigerator for instant cooling and comfort.

Must have for breastfeeding mums. It soothes nipples. Put in the fridge for best results. Downside is that it needs to be cleaned off the nipple before feeding.

I brought these a few weeks prior to my little one being born. After a few days of feeding I thought I would attempt to try the gel pads for a bit of extra relief. As soon as I opened the first gel disk the smell of chemicals was so overwhelming it smelt like a mixture of alcohol and nail polish remover. No way would I want to have a product that smells like that on my skin. I instantly threw them away without using them because even with washing the breast prior to feeding it would still be in the skin and nipple. Highly recommend not using these.

Have yet to find the need to use luckily. But was highly recommended to me by family.

These were offered to me during my hospital stay when j gave birth to my baby. My nipples were incredibly sore and tender and the midwife had some of these discs in the freezer. They were SO good, I had my mum run to Baby Bunting to purchase two more boxes of them! I keep them in the freezer and use when my nipples are feeling tender or irritated. They are so cooling and offer a lot of relief. I use the same pair during a day of feeding, and even if they sit out while feeding from a breast, they are still cool when you pop them back on. I will gift a pack of these to every new mumma as a baby shower gift!

These helped me heal so I could resume my feeding journey. I used nipple shields as well.
